I have a knack for guiding teams through challenges and change. I’ve helped build a design org from scratch, served as Interim Head of Design during a leadership shuffle, and steered a team through a bank collapse, acquisition, and integration by focusing on people and culture.
I take pride in being a trusted Design Leader and unofficial “Chief of Staff,” who leads with humor and compassion. I build high-performing and psychologically safe cultures rooted in relationships and meaning to deliver excellent work.

Establishing and leading Design Operations at SVB, where I also served as Interim Head of Product Design for a team of 50+ designers and as Interim Director of Product Design for SVB Go, an online banking application.
Leading the operational side of a redesign of capitalone.com which resulted in millions of dollars in value and co-invented a web component that received a patent.
Leading a $30M education initiative to improve student and family outcomes and social and economic equity.
